These terms govern your use of Bikash Console ("the app"), a dashboard for Google Search Console operated by an individual developer ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Bikash Console displays data that Google Search Console exposes through its public APIs, using credentials you supply. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC.
You must have the right to access every Search Console property you connect. By connecting an account you confirm that you are authorised to view its data. Your use of Google's APIs is also subject to Google's own terms and quota limits; the app cannot grant you access you do not already have.
The hosted instance is protected by a password. Keep it confidential. You are responsible for activity performed with your password or with credentials you store in the app. Tell us immediately if you believe either has been compromised.
The app is provided free of charge and on a best-effort basis. Features may change or be withdrawn, and the hosted instance may be unavailable during maintenance or because of upstream provider incidents. There is no uptime guarantee.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. Data is relayed from Google and may be delayed, incomplete or subject to Google's own reporting lag. Always confirm critical decisions against Search Console itself.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, revenue, data or rankings, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the app, which is zero.
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your stored data from the settings screen. We may suspend access if these terms are breached or if continuing would expose the service or its users to harm.
How data is accessed, stored and deleted is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Updated terms will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
